At Kona Sea Salt, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with our hand-harvested Hawaiian sea salts. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect product to your email so our quality control team can review the claim.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once your claim is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether to discard or return the item.
- 4.Resolution
After processing, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
