It is made with 100% Pure Hawaiian Salt, hand harvested on our own Kona Salt Farm from mineral-rich and pristine deep ocean water. We blend this salt in our Honolulu kitchen using roasted garlic, lemon powder, parsley and chili pepper flakes. This flavor was inspired by the shrimp trucks on the North Shore of Oahu where you can enjoy fresh buttery garlic shrimp.
