How should I store my sea salt to keep it fresh?
To maintain the quality and texture of your salt, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While salt does not spoil, keeping it in an airtight container will prevent it from absorbing moisture from the air.
Is your salt processed with any additives or anti-caking agents?
No, our Kona Sea Salt is 100% natural. We do not use any anti-caking agents, bleaching agents, or artificial additives. You are getting pure, solar-evaporated sea salt exactly as nature intended.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We ship all domestic orders via USPS or UPS within 2-3 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love our salt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Due to the food-based nature of our products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
